About Valley Hill Country Club
Built in 1963, Valley Hill Country Club is set in the serene beauty of the Tennessee Valley. Located in the heart of Southeast Huntsville, Valley Hill is one of the premier golf facilities in Northern Alabama. The course underwent a major re-design in 1984 by a golf architect John B. LaFoy. The facility has three 9-hole courses: Hillside, Valleyside, and Lakeside. The tournament will take place on Valleyside and Hillside. The Hillside Course is the most difficult because of the elevation changes and a few of well-placed lakes coming into play throughout its design while the Valleyside Course sits in a valley with Aldridge Creek running through numerous holes.
