Lee Hodges of Elkmont, AL posted a 36-hole score of eight-under 134 for medalist honors. Trace Crowe from Auburn, AL posted a 135 to claim the second qualifying spot. Woodie Eubanks of Trussville, AL was the winner on the third playoff hole to advance as the third qualifier at 140.
Charlie Flowers, of Columbus, GA is the first alternate after , Connor Slane from Helena, AL was second alternate at 141.
Hodges, Crowe, and Eubanks/Flowers advance to the U.S. Amateur Championship that will be played at Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills, MI on August 15-21, 2016.
